According to DSNews.com a new study introduced by First American CoreLogic Tuesday, in excess of 11.3 million residential homes were in negative equity at the last year.
This equates to 24 percent of all houses in the United States with home loans, up from 23 percent, or 10.7 million households, at the end of last year’s third quarter. All told, the nation’s property owners are a combined $801 billion upside down. First American says an additional 2.3 million mortgage loans were approaching negative equity at the end of 2009, meaning they had below five percent equity. Together, negative equity and close to negative equity mortgages accounted for almost 29 percent of all homes with a mortgage loan nationwide. As of the end of last year, Nevada had the highest percentage upside down equity, with 70 percent of all of its home loan real estateunderwater. It was followed by Arizona (51 percent), Florida (48 percent), Michigan (39 percent) and California (35 percent).
Among the top five states, the average upside down equity share was 42 percent, compared to 15 percent for the remaining states.
In statistical terms, California (2.4 million) and Florida (2.2 million) had the greatest number of negative equity mortgage loans accounting for 4.6 million, or 41 percent, of all negative equity mortgages. . “Since we expect home prices to slightly increase during 2010, upside down equity will remain the predominant issue in the housing and home loan markets for some time to come.”

I began using tobacco while I was a kid. That was basically the most terrible mistake of my life. Now I’m older and I’ve got lung disease. You really should return it and buy an arc welder instead. MIG and TIG are almost as hard to master as Oxy Acetylene Welding. You need to have a perfect feed rate and you need to have perfect angle so as to not get sticking. With arc all you need to have is a steady hand. All welding takes a certain amount of skill and from experiance MIG and TIG is not exactly the best for begginers.

What program do you use to add music to your Sansa? If you use Windows Media Player, search for the album art online and save it to your hard drive somewhere you can easily find it. Then, open the file, right click on the image of the album art and select copy. Then, right click on the blank album art image that will appear next to your tracks in Windows Media Player, and select Paste Album Art from the menu. That should add album art to your files. I’m sure there are other ways to do it, but that is the easiest way I have found.

awe that is fab and they will appreciate that more than some of the crap we buy in the shops? if you have a garden pots earth and bulbs paint the pots to the favourite colours and i the pound shops you get the bulbs lily of the valley snow drop and crocus? they will sprout up in January also some flat stones if you are near a beach wash them get creative paints and all that can be picked up at the pound shop and even candles you can make up with ribbons the pots will be fab and grow every year you can also change the season to 4 times a year? hope this has helped you have fun!

I would upgrade to at least a ram if your going to do just basic stuff on there. Basic is like word documents and surfing the internet. If you want to do any kind of gaming I would put at least 2 if you can.

Ok, here is the problem, you want to play games on this laptop like the Sims 2 which is an ok graphic game. Sorry to tell you this, but it wont run fast at all. I would be suprised even if i could even start! The Intel Gma graphic card are not meant for anygames exept mayb the little kid games that have no graphics at all. I know this because i had an Intel Gma on my computer and tried to run Css, AND IT IS HORRIBLE! And here is another thing: Celeron M processors are one of the lowest processors out there! you may not get the speed you want. And with 512mb of RAM for vista home basic…..you better buy another 512mb! because vista home basic will run REALLY slow and i mean REALLY slow with only 512mb of RAM. I would not get this laptop if i were you. You need a better processor and a better graphic card for Sims 2 and more RAM to even start your computer fast.

We have the Nuvi 650. Check it about a little over an hour of charging by turning the unit on and seeing how much the battery indicator is up. If it is not full then keep trying. When I got mine, it had about half filled battery. Mine said it takes three hours or less to completely charge the player. But, it should take about an hour or so. Don’t worry, the Sansa Fuze’s battery can last 24hrs. No kidding. I used it for hours everyday and I still had battery left.
